Responsibilities:
  • Own the indirect sales revenue target for a territory of HR Consultants.
  • Manage, grow, and develop relationships with customers to maximise revenue and market coverage.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — including New Business, Marketing, and Product — to create joint go‑to‑market plans and HR Consultant enablement strategies.
  • Deliver regular business reviews, performance tracking, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Provide product training, collateral, and competitive insight to enhance HR Consultant capability and confidence.
  • Represent Brightmine at conferences, and webinars, promoting our brand and value proposition.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility into partner activities, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in account management, channel sales, partner management, or indirect business development.
  • Commercially astute, target‑driven, and skilled at managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with a collaborative and consultative approach.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging both commercial and technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate Brightmine’s solutions into compelling value propositions for HR Consultants and their clients.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong organisational and analytical skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo).
