Overview
India Subcontinent Product Manager required by a luxury Tour Operator. circa 40K. Fully Remote. Candidates who have worked in tour operations as India SC Specialist will be considered if they come with broad first-hand knowledge of the region.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong supplier relationships, securing competitive deals and sharing key updates with sales and marketing
- Monitor and evolve our product range based on trends, performance, and customer demand to support effective sales strategies
- Develop and launch new travel experiences that reflect our brand and meet client preferences, from idea to post-launch analysis
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring offerings are profitable, relevant, and aligned with business goals
- Handle client feedback and supplier communication to maintain high service standards and improve partnerships
- Support internal teams with live product and pricing queries to boost conversions and ensure accurate, up-to-date knowledge
- Plan and deliver product training, including educational trips and internal learning, to build team expertise
- Enhance personal knowledge through travel, trade events, and supplier meetings, and share valuable insights internally
- Work closely with marketing to deliver accurate, engaging content across channels and ensure the website reflects current product details
- Contribute to joint marketing efforts with tourism partners, manage press opportunities, and support strategic projects as needed
- Maintain accuracy in product data across internal systems, ensuring all pricing, descriptions, and itineraries are current
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine our offering and keep us ahead of industry trends
