A community support charity in the West Midlands is seeking an Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker. This full-time role involves managing a caseload of high-risk domestic abuse victims experiencing stalking. The ideal candidate will have frontline experience and a strong understanding of safeguarding principles. Training may be provided for the right candidate. Competitive salary offered within the range of £23,809.50 - £25,838.68.
Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands, providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking. Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions. All services are client and needs‑led.
Job Title: Independent Stalking Advocacy Caseworker (ISAC)
Location: West Midlands Stalking Service, Black Country
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, full‑time
Salary: £23,809.50 - £25,838.68 (dependent on experience)

We are looking for a qualified or unqualified ISAC (training may be provided for the right candidate) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with experience of frontline working and managing a caseload, including risk assessments, needs assessments and support planning. The successful candidate will have an understanding of the principles of safeguarding children and adults and the dynamics of domestic abuse and stalking and how this can affect victims.
All posts are subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975. An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be made for all successful applicants.
Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 (part 1) of the Equality Act 2010 applies. The post holder must be female.
