Position : Non-Executive Director (Commercial and marketing)
Accountable to : President and Board of the BVF.
Remuneration : This is a voluntary role, with expenses reimbursed in accordance with the BVF’s Business and Travel Expenses Policy. The role as independent director can take up to 2 days a month within project work.
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and experienced leader to join our Board as Commercial and Marketing Director. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the commercial future and global positioning of British Volleyball across indoor, beach, and sitting disciplines.
As we look ahead to the Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, we are determined to build a sustainable and high‑performing commercial model that supports performance teams and creates long‑term brand value for the sport. The successful candidate will help the BVF expand its commercial partnerships, marketing reach, and international profile while aligning our strategy with the global growth of volleyball and paravolley.
You will bring a strong track record of business development, sponsorship acquisition, brand activation, and ideally international marketing leadership; skills central to driving engagement, investment, and recognition for British Volleyball on the global stage.
