The Role
We’re looking for a Tenancy Support Worker to help residents settle confidently into their new homes and build independence. You’ll prepare properties for move‑in, assist with belongings, and teach everyday skills like meter readings, cleaning routines, and basic maintenance. Working closely with landlords and professionals, you’ll spot issues early to keep tenancies stable and empower residents through trauma‑informed, strengths‑based practice.
You’ll need experience supporting vulnerable people, safeguarding knowledge, and practical problem‑solving skills. Empathy, patience, and confidence in teaching household skills are essential.
