Qualifications

• Current NMC registration (Adult)
• Proven experience administering S/C, IM or IV medications
• SACT experience desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working autonomously managing a regional caseload
• Excellent clinical standards and patient focus

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments to ensure patients are fit for treatment
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies
• Monitor vital signs and escalate concerns appropriately
• Educate patients and families to improve understanding of treatment
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient safety
