Academics are seeking Inclusion Practitioners to join our clients team to work in a Primary School in the Southampton area.

The Role

You will help children who face barriers to learning by providing calm, effective support during moments of dysregulation and helping them return to class ready to learn.

Key Duties
  • Respond quickly to behaviour‑related radio calls.
  • Assess situations and ensure safety for pupils and staff.
  • Use de‑escalation and regulation strategies.
  • Escort pupils where required.
  • Support their return to class and share key information with teachers.
  • Coach pupils in understanding emotions and regulation skills.
  • Help ensure any missed learning is completed.
