A leading professional services firm in the UK is seeking an Inclusion Lead to lead efforts in creating a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. In this full-time role, you will develop and implement the firm's inclusion strategies, working closely with various teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized across all processes. You will lead a small team of specialists, provide strategic oversight, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. This position offers supportive benefits and flexible work arrangements.
Reporting to the Director of Inclusion Engagement & Culture the Inclusion Lead leads our efforts to build and sustain an inclusive workplace culture. This role involves designing and implementing strategies programmes and initiatives that promote diversity equity and inclusion at all levels of the organisation.
You would be responsible for developing the firm's inclusion strategy and its execution working with the business to implement a programme of activity and using insights to engage business leaders to take ownership of activities deliverables and goals. You will work closely with the Line of Service People Directors People Consultants and People Function Teams to implement inclusion priority initiatives and to ensure diversity and inclusion is embedded across all people processes.
Youll be part of the team who support the business with the delivery of the firmwide strategy through embedding our values and desired culture specifically driving inclusion maintaining and building trust and active engagement with our people.
