Salary: £29,267 to £31,050 pro rata (£15,259 to £16,188 actual salary)
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Inclusion Coach to join our fantastic ALS team. You will provide coaching and additional support to a cohort of learners with a range of support needs on a one-to-one basis and in group situations, with and without direct supervision. You will develop specific strategies to support learner achievement, liaise with teaching and non-teaching staff to encourage learner motivation and engagement in their chosen area of study, and contribute to the development of student literacy, communication, numeracy and study skills – as well as helping increase their levels of independence and social awareness in a range of settings.
