A leading global financial services firm based in Greater London is seeking an experienced legal professional to oversee subsidiary governance and corporate compliance for nearly 400 legal entities worldwide. The ideal candidate will hold at least a 2:1 Bachelor of Law qualification and have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE). This position provides an opportunity to develop in-house legal skills and offers potential for flexible working arrangements. Candidates must possess strong organisational and project management skills and be proficient in various computer tools.
Grade Level (for internal use): 12
This position is with the Corporate Legal Department consisting of 5 lawyers, 3 paralegals, and 1 legal administrative assistant and reports directly to the Associate General Counsel International Corporate. The team covers our legal entities globally from a subsidiary governance and corporate legal perspective.
This position contributes to the subsidiary governance of nearly 400 legal entities globally and supports the Treasury Controllers and Tax functions from a corporate legal perspective. This position joins a wider global legal team of over 150.
Working in a friendly in-house environment with colleagues across multiple functions and business lines and with third parties around the globe.
