Opening for a talented and ambitious commercial contracts solicitor. You will become part of a small busy in house team who cover a variety of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing agreements and assisting in the implementation of key projects.
• Advising on general commercial matters including supplier contracts, terms and conditions, data protection and providing general commercial advice.
• Demonstrating commercial acumen and confidence to draft and advise on commercial contracts and clauses.
• Providing governance and company secretarial support.
• Reporting to the wider business on legal issues affecting their sector.

Qualifications

This role is open to qualified solicitors who are over 2 years pqe.
