Overview

We’re Hiring: Care Assistants (Flexible Hours, inc Full Time & Part Time)

Are you kind, reliable and looking for rewarding work? We’re a small, local care team helping people live with dignity and independence in their own homes across Ascot and surrounding areas.

No experience? No problem. Whilst experience is an advantage, it’s not always necessary. What we really look for are people who care about their work — who can bring compassion, reliability and respect into every client’s home. We want people who understand the impact of what they do and who always strive to give their best — ensuring every client is treated with dignity, kindness and professionalism.

What you’ll do

• Support clients with day-to-day needs at home
• Provide companionship and a friendly face
• Help people live safely, comfortably and with dignity

Requirements

• Driving licence & access to a car is essential
• Flexible shifts (including evenings and alternate weekends) to fit around your life, with Full time and Part time schedules available
• Progression: Funded training & qualifications (Care Certificate → NVQs)

Pay and hours

Starting pay: £13.50 - £14.50 p/hr + paid mileage
