The Improvement Advisor is part of a central team that acts as the Trust's internal resource for quality improvement methodology and will be responsible for supporting QI projects at various organisational levels. It oversees the implementation of quality improvement strategies locally to ensure that the Trust has processes in place, supported by evidence, to meet its statutory and regulatory requirements and strategic intentions in relation to QI.
