Responsibilities

  • Complete Export documentation and collate Import documents ensuring all processes are followed.
  • Assist in the resolution of customs entry issues on Export orders.
  • Maintain Export Register.
  • Check/Request Import and Export declaration from Customs Intermediary.
  • Liaise with nominated Customs Brokers.
  • Run order tracking report and update ongoing EU Import Order Register.
  • Provide documents to assist reconciliation of Duty Deferment account.
  • Provide support and guidance to other departments for queries.
