A leading software solutions provider is seeking an Implementation & Training Consultant specializing in the NEC Housing Management System. This role involves offering expert guidance in system modules and delivering effective training to clients. Candidates should have expertise in Allocations and Housing processes and a strong ability to produce training materials. This position is home-based with potential for occasional travel within the UK, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including private medical cover and generous holidays.

It’s a really exciting growth time in our Housing Team. We have numerous contracts with fantastic customers who are upgrading, migrating, or implementing our NEC Housing Management System! To support this growth, we are looking for Implementation & Training Consultants, specialising in our Allocations Module, to ensure our customers receive the best experience possible. This is a home‑based role, reporting to one of our Lead Implementation Consultants.
When you join NECSWS Housing Team, you will be given the support and time to grow and develop your skillset and knowledge of our system. You will work directly with one of our highly skilled consultants to shadow and complete personal aspects of the work until you are ready to work independently with customers on full end‑to‑end projects.
