Job summary

A mission-driven charity is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure high-quality data and compliance with regulatory obligations. This role involves working collaboratively with teams to support data accuracy, continuous improvement and training on compliance processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with databases, particularly in supporting vulnerable young people. This position offers a hybrid work model with benefits including 27 days of leave and a pension contribution.

Benefits

Half day on the 1st Friday of every month
