Overview

This role is a Temporary IFA Administration Manager ROLE linked to supporting the Administrators teams for an IMMEDIATE IFA ADMIN MANAGER WHO IS VERY STRONG ON THIS TOO.

Role and Responsibilities
  • To provide an efficient and productive administration service to advisers and clients with financial planning applications, transfers, money and fund movements, keeping clients informed of progress along the journey
  • To manage, support and develop administration team staff including recruitment, performance monitoring and appraisals
  • Develop and implement workflow processes that align with business standards
  • Embrace new technologies and adapt workflow process to maximise use of company technology and efficiency
  • Implementation of staff training and development plans aligned to role skills matrix
  • Responsibility for timely and quality assured business submissions (Right First Time) working to a minimum requirement of 90% RFT submissions
  • Ensure productivity targets are met operating within the business model 1:1 adviser to support personnel
  • Workflow allocation and productivity monitoring
  • Support to regional offices
  • Build strong and effective business connections with key HO personnel to aid alignment of process
  • To ensure AR reports are issued within company standard turnaround times and drive ARs to an under 30-day position
  • Be a point of contact for clients and third parties dealing with general enquiries
  • To administer IFA administration team tasks from pooled workflow on WARP
  • Uphold business compliance standards
  • Ensure all team members make positive contribution to (File grates, RFT, late submissions, withheld fees, learning hub modules etc)
