A major teaching hospital in the UK is seeking an individual for the Digital Infrastructure and Technical Support Team. The role entails managing and supporting storage, data centres, and remote technology, along with triaging tickets for the team. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and experience in clinical information systems. This position offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment supporting both clinical and non-clinical users across the trust.
The role would be part of the Digital Infrastructure and Technical Support Team, the team supporting clinical and non-clinical users throughout the trust in their use of all IDT services and where appropriate offering advice and support to the user. Also managing & supporting storage, data centres, remote technology etc) and managing and triaging tickets for the team.
