A local children's welfare organization is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance excellent service delivery across the organization. This hybrid role requires a Level 2 Customer Service qualification and a passion for technology, ensuring interactions are positive and professional. The ideal candidate resides within commuting distance of Birmingham and must have the right to work in the UK. You’ll be helping us deliver excellent customer service across Birmingham Children’s Trust, making sure every interaction is positive and professional.
