A managed services IT provider in Rochdale is looking for an IT support apprentice to deliver 1st line technical support. You'll assist with customer queries, log issues in the ticketing system, and maintain high customer service standards. This role offers a chance for full-time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

The company may offer a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship.
Working hours: Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.
