Job Title: Hygiene Operative

Location: Burgh le Marsh, Lincolnshire

Hours: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Sunday to Thursday

Pay: £14.00 per hour + £1.00 per hour night shift premium

Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Burgh le Marsh for a Hygiene Operative to join their growing team.

About the Role

As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production areas. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out deep cleaning of production equipment and facilities
• Follow strict hygiene, health & safety, and food safety protocols
• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as instructed
• Complete hygiene documentation accurately
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
