Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in building works.
• Strong knowledge of construction technology and building regulations.
• Experience in defect diagnosis and technical reporting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose property defects and specify cost-effective repairs.
• Manage day-to-day repair cases ensuring prompt completions.
• Liaise with contractors to monitor repair quality and compliance.
• Provide clear technical advice to residents and stakeholders.
• Produce accurate repair scopes and manage costs within budget.
