Job summary

A dynamic project management company is seeking a Project Administrator to join their Installations Project Team in High Wycombe. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of multiple live projects. You will maintain documentation, coordinate meetings, and contribute to ISO compliance. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in project support and is proficient in Microsoft 365 tools. Hybrid working is available after training.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a project support or service delivery admin role.
  • Experience within project environments (construction, parking, technology, or FM).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and health & safety documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full project admin support to the Installations Project Team.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings and documentation between stakeholders.
  • Manage SharePoint/Teams/Smartsheet project records.
  • Prepare pre-installation packs (RAMS, site plans, client sign-offs).

Strong IT skills across Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
