Job summary

A leading legal firm in the Coventry and Warwickshire area seeks a Private Client Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of wills and probate matters. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in a busy private client department and offers a supportive environment to grow and develop your career. Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy private client department is required.
  • Proficient in handling wills, probate, estate administration, and related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Handle a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, and LPAs.
  • Deliver client-focused legal advice from instruction to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, referrers, and professional contacts.
  • Support team objectives and contribute to department growth.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling wills, probate, LPAs
Motivated, client-focused and integrity-driven
Proactive with a keen interest in development and networking
Experience with legal case management systems

Education

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
STEP qualified or working towards
