Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, partner engineering, or pre-sales in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Expertise in designing or implementing complex technical solutions in B2B environments.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical co-creation by running discovery sessions and prototype workflows with partners.
• Build pre-sales assets and solution templates to support sales.
• Drive technical onboarding and design enablement materials for partners.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and feedback loops between teams.
• Support GTM and Field Sales with demos and proofs-of-value.
• Measure partner success with KPIs and represent Ema at events.
