Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying is required.
• MRICS certification is preferred.
• Experience in MEP/M&E and the built environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and develop junior staff.
• Produce cost plans and advise on cost options.
• Negotiate interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
