Responsibilities

• Work closely with sales and rental teams to ensure correct equipment use and specification.
• Provide 2nd line customer support and resolve technical queries.
• Attend project kick-off meetings and assist with equipment specification.
• Support engineers with installation and maintenance of hybrid systems.
• Monitor installations and report improvements or issues.
• Ensure safe and compliant maintenance, storage, and allocation of hire assets.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and general housekeeping.

Skills

Background in generators, plant hire, BESS, energy storage, or hybrid systems

Knowledge of electrical installations and system loading

Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills

Flexible and able to work remotely

IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office or similar tools
