Qualifications

  • Able to multi-task and work on multiple systems/programs efficiently.
  • Maintain accuracy and speed in tasks.
  • Build good working relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone and email.
  • Process orders, invoices, and quotes in a timely manner.
  • Resolve customer product or service issues effectively.
  • Manage day-to-day business processes and liaise with other departments.
  • Use Salesforce and SAP to manage orders and invoicing.

Skills

Previous Customer Service experience
Experience working to accomplish KPI’s/SLA’s
Problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Great attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Team player
Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP and Salesforce
Able to type at least 40 wpm
