Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance of statutory records for Group companies.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings for Group entities.
  • Draft routine board minutes and resolutions.
  • Support timely release of RNS announcements.
  • Arrange and support PLC Board meetings.
