Qualifications

  • Experience of working within a service office environment and understanding the importance of labour scheduling.
  • Good level of administration with a professional telephone manner.
  • Computer literacy with knowledge of necessary software.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls to the Service desk, meeting customer needs.
  • Plan and schedule engineers for onsite works.
  • Monitor and maintain monthly labour efficiency per company standards.
  • Maintain proactive communication with engineers and customers.
  • Review service reports for accuracy and completeness.
