Job Summary

A valuable opportunity has arisen within an environmental company who provide HVAC, LEV, Occupational Hygiene, and clean air services to a national client base. They are currently recruiting for a dedicated, hardworking and commercially driven HVAC / LEV Sales Manager based in and around the Manchester area. The successful candidate will come from a strong HVAC / LEV background and will be experienced in effectively selling HVAC / LEV services as well as developing new business within the company. Applications from Chester, Liverpool, Salford, Bolton, Warrington and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Must have strong LEV/ HVAC / Commissioning industries
  • Must come from a sales background with experience effectively selling HVAC / LEV services.
  • Holding the P601 would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Previous site experience would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Proficient IT skills including experience working with MS Office.
  • Experience in client management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Effective selling and promotion of HVAC and LEV services and systems.
  • New business development of HVAC and LEV services.
  • Achieving sustainable growth strategically by delivering services effectively and successfully.
  • Planning and reviewing and taking appropriate action as and when required.
  • Providing information to the sales team, including managers and others.
  • Recording and reporting profit and loss.
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators, targets and goals.
  • Liaising with clients from all levels and building and maintaining good relationship with clients.
  • Managing existing accounts whilst still generating new business leads.
