Qualifications

HVAC Engineer
Central London

55,000 – 65,000 (70,000+ OTE) + Family Run + 28 days Holiday + Monday – Friday 8 – 4:30 + Static Position + 'Immediate Start'

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a close-knit team in a supportive, family-oriented environment. You'll be working across a small cluster of high-end commercial buildings, all located within a five-minute walk of each other in central London. This role offers the chance to deliver top-tier service to a portfolio of loyal, long-standing clients, all within a collaborative and team-focused setting.

Your Role As A HVAC Engineer Will Include:

  1. Conducting routine PPM, Reactive and Emergency tasks.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults on HVAC systems and appliances.
  3. Undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements in line with contractual obligations.
  4. Complete all relevant documentation accurately and timely.


As A HVAC Engineer You Will Need to Have:

  1. Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  2. 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
  3. A proven track record with servicing, fault finding and repairing air conditioning systems, namely VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.
