We are a leading provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting an HVAC Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team in Bristol, Dunfermline, and Derby.

Role Summary
  • Identify and manage risks related to on-site equipment, including critical spares, performance improvement, environment control via BMS, and efficient operation of plant and equipment.
  • Utilize new equipment and technologies to maintain a comfortable environment, liaising with the client on reactive and PPM tasks.
  • Fault find on HVAC plant and equipment, especially Variable Refrigerant Volume systems, with F-Gas qualifications.
  • Support health and safety initiatives within the team.
  • Act as Energy Champion and Safety Champion for the site.
  • Provide Electrical and Mechanical expertise to the maintenance team.
  • Draft and follow Risk Assessments, ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Complete documentation according to rules and legislation.
  • Use mobile devices for work management via CAFM system.
  • Plan daily work using email and calendar tools.
  • Coordinate with onsite supervisors and account managers on building services issues.
  • Deputize for the site supervisor during leave or sickness when required.
  • Work overtime, including nights and weekends, as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required.
  • Supervise and manage subcontractors.
  • Participate in an on-call rota for emergencies outside normal hours.
Experience Required
  • A recognized or time-served apprenticeship.
  • Proven experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Mechanical qualifications to City and Guilds standards.
