Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in refrigeration and air conditioning, gained within industry and/or a training environment.
• A passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner development.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions to apprentices.
• Visit apprentices in their workplaces for coaching sessions.
• Support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Manage a personal caseload of learners and ensure timely progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and gather evidence for compliance.
