As a Humanities Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects including History, Geography, and RE. Key Responsibilities


  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Humanities subjects (History, Geography, RE).

  • Plan, prepare, and assess student work effectively.

  • Support students in their academic and personal development.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching standards.


The Ideal Candidate


  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Strong knowledge and passion for Humanities subjects.

  • Experience teaching Humanities at secondary school level.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
