Location: Bell Lane, Lewes

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months | Hours: 24 per week | Pattern: Flexible. Times to be agreed between Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,914 per year to be calculated pro rata

As a Human Resources Reporting and Insight Specialist (in-house named our People Performance Analyst), you\'ll play a key role in transforming workforce data into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making across Southdown. You\'ll lead on producing monthly and ad hoc reports, support regulatory submissions, and help bring our data to life for board reporting and service contract requirements. You\'ll also be instrumental in developing and maintaining our HR systems and reporting tools, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you\'ll help shape how we use data to improve people performance and experience. You\'ll also contribute to our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) group by providing valuable data insights.

  • Develop and maintain HR systems and reporting tools, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve people performance and experience through data.
  • Contribute to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) data insights work.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience of working within an HR function.
  • Experience analysing and drawing insight from complex data sets.
  • Ability to produce engaging management reports that drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (iTrent) and tools like Business Objects and Power BI.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
  • CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • A curious mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience working in a social care or not-for-profit environment.
  • Confidence in producing data for a range of stakeholders.
  • A good eye for design and formatting to make reports visually engaging.
  • Familiarity with workforce-related regulatory reporting (e.g., gender pay gap, ONS, NHF).
