This is a key role partnering with business leaders across the UK and Europe to shape people strategies, deliver transformation projects, and foster a culture that attracts and retains talent. The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery where needed. This role is central to embedding our values, driving organisational growth, and ensuring our people agenda supports our ambitious business plans. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the UK (within commuting distance of the greater Manchester area). Some travel across the UK, Europe, and to our Dublin head office will be required.
