A leading educational institution in South London is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their professional support team in January 2026. The role focuses on managing employee relations cases and supporting HR projects aimed at enhancing service delivery. Ideal candidates will hold a relevant degree, be CIPD qualified (Level 5+), and have strong expertise in employee relations, especially in educational settings. Alleyn's School based in Dulwich, South London, are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the enthusiastic and professional support team in January 2026.
The successful candidate will be a natural collaborator and mentor. They will have comprehensive experience of the full spectrum of employee relations, and they will enjoy contributing to change, aimed at developing our HR service, thus contributing to driving the wider school forward.
The focus of the role will be to lead on a range of ER cases, play an active role in the delivery of HR projects within the operational teams, and support with the development and roll out of standardised and centralised policy, process and associated template documentation.
This is a really exciting time to join the Alleyn’s HR team; we are in the process of finalising the school’s new People Strategy, we have just implemented a new HR management system and are working on numerous projects to streamline and better our service.
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree or equivalent experience, CIPD qualified (Level 5+) with strong Employee Relations expertise, including handling complex cases and processes. Experience in education or working with Trade Unions is a plus. The candidate should bring excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills, along with a collaborative approach and proficiency in HR systems.
