Steadman Hub has partnered with an elite HubSpot agency - one of the UK’s fastest-growing partners, with strong momentum heading into the new year. The agency specialises in HubSpot onboarding, CRM implementations, platform audits, and ongoing optimisation across a wide range of business models.

As HubSpot continues to be adopted as a core CRM by more organisations, the agency is expanding its onboarding function and is seeking a HubSpot CRM Consultant. This role focuses on leading customers through successful HubSpot implementations, ensuring the platform is configured from day one to support sales, marketing, and service operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, design best-practice HubSpot solutions, and deliver structured onboarding projects that drive long-term adoption and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver end-to-end HubSpot onboarding projects across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
  • Lead client discovery sessions and onboarding workshops to capture business goals, processes, and reporting requirements
  • Configure HubSpot portals, including pipelines, properties, workflows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition into ongoing support or optimisation services
Experience and Qualifications
  • Strong hands‑on experience across HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Data Hub
  • Previous experience within a HubSpot agency, consultancy, or CRM implementation role is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects while maintaining a high‑quality client experience
