A leading end-of-life charity in the UK is recruiting a Hub Coordinator to ensure efficient service delivery. The role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems. Working closely with patients, families, and clinicians, the Hub Coordinator will manage referrals and uphold service standards. This full-time position offers a salary of £24,465 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits, with varied work locations including remote and on-site options.
We are recruiting for a Hub Coordinator to join one of three services across London and the Home Counties.
Join our team as a Hub Coordinator and play a vital role in keeping our community services running smoothly. As the central link between patients, families, clinicians and partners, you’ll ensure every referral, rota and update flows efficiently through the service. Its a fastpaced, peoplefocused role where your organisation, communication and problemsolving skills help make sure patients receive the right care at the right time.
Marie Curie is the UK's leading end-of-life charity. We are the largest non-NHS provider of end-of-life care in the UK, the only provider across all 4 nations, delivering community nursing and hospice care across the country, while providing information and support on all aspects of dying, death, and bereavement.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 08:00-22:00.
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: £24,465 per annum (pro rata), plus a range of Marie Curie benefits.
Location: London (remote), Caterham (on-site) or Hampshire (on-site)
As a Hub Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, organised first point of contact for our Marie Curie services making sure patients receive timely, seamless support. You’ll coordinate referrals, schedule and allocate nurses, keep our systems accurate and up to date, and communicate confidently with families, clinicians and partners. Working at the heart of our clinical support hub, you’ll juggle fastmoving priorities, solve problems on the spot, and help ensure every patient gets the care they need, when they need it.
