Qualifications

• Experience in delivering safety management in outdoor environments.
• Understanding of river and coastal environments.
• Knowledge of UK Health and Safety regulations.
• Certificate and membership of NEBOSH or NCRQ.
• Experience in outdoor risk assessment management.
• Experience in small boat handling with appropriate certifications.
• Experience in management of personal protective equipment.
• Experience in health and safety training management.
• Experience in site visit auditing.
• Possession of a clean full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fieldwork activities as part of Health and Safety management.
• Manage risk assessment processes and method statements.
• Audit field teams against procedures and identify improvement areas.
• Integrate health and safety improvements into consultancy services.
• Act as regional advisor for HSEQ requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Provide status reports to the HSEQ Manager.
• Lead HSE Forums for the region.
