What you'll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE Manager to support and enhance the HSE performance across our maritime operations. In this key role, you will treat Health, Safety, and Environment as a top priority. Acting as the Deputy Designated Person Ashore, you will ensure full compliance with international standards (including ISM, ISO, MLC and CMS), and promote a strong safety culture both at sea and ashore. You will bring a proactive approach to safety, strong time management skills, and a keen interest in analysing and using data to support decision making. Teamwork is essential in this role, along with the confidence to engage effectively across diverse teams who will rely on you to deliver clear and concise reports and updates. If you\'re passionate about raising HSE standards and are seeking a role where you have the chance to make a real impact, we would welcome your application.
