Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an HSE Engineer for a permanent role based in London. You will manage subcontractors, develop project deliverables, and lead risk management processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working for an IMCA contractor and knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years working for an IMCA contractor with technical knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards.
• Experience in a Project HSE Team, developing and monitoring project safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate subcontractors with a Supplier Document Register.
• Develop and maintain project deliverables.
• Lead the risk management process.
• Facilitate HSE readiness reviews.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management and Evaluation including Supplier Document Register
• Develop and maintain Project Deliverables
• Lead Risk Management Process
• Facilitate HSE Readiness Reviews
• HSE Contract Administration
• Ensure compliance with Contractual and Regulatory Requirements
• Plan and conduct Internal HSE Audits
• Lead Investigations
• Maintain and coordinate Country Emergency Response Team

Qualifications / Experience

• 2-4 years working for an IMCA contractor; technical knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards
• Experience within a Project HSE Team (example: working with a team of around 7 personnel) to develop, implement and monitor the project safety management system across multiple projects
