A global law firm in London is seeking an HR Advisor to provide first-line support and administration for HR queries and processes. You will coordinate case management, handle family leave requests, and support onboarding procedures, ensuring timely and professional resolutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR administration, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with HR systems. The purpose of the role is to support Practice HR and Business Teams HR by providing first line HR advice. Management of HR queries and HR administrative and process support for the London office and other global offices (as needed). With your team, you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries, processes and policy, dealing directly with Lawyers and Partners.
You will join Linklaters Global solutions (LGS) as a critical member of the People team.
