Our client, an organisation undergoing rapid growth through strategic acquisitions, is seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner to join their Mergers & Acquisitions team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the people strategy behind complex transactions and integrations.

The Role

You’ll be embedded within the M&A function, supporting the full deal lifecycle-from due diligence through to post-merger integration. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and stakeholder influence.

This will be an FTC paying £70,000

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities with confidence.
