Job description
YOUR ROLE

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Lead the design and delivery of future-ready HR operating models, embedding shared services, automation, and AI to drive efficiency, scalability, and human‑centred experiences. Applying innovative understanding of AI will impact the HR operating model.
  • Manage complex HR transformation projects, overseeing multiple workstreams from strategy through to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology evolution.
  • Shape and implement HR service delivery models, integrating Global Business Services (GBS) and leveraging emerging technologies to optimise performance and employee experience.
  • Partner with clients to assess AI readiness across HR functions, including data, governance, process, and workforce capabilities, and build compelling business cases for transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, legal, compliance) to simplify people technology landscapes and develop future‑proof architectures that support agile HR operations.
As part of your role you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the business and your own personal growth, through activities that form part of the following categories:
  • Business Development – Leading/contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitch contribution, client hosting at events.
  • Internal contribution – Campaign development, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development (operations, recruitment, team events & activities), offering development.
  • Learning & development – Training to support your career development and the skills demand within the company, certifications, etc.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven experience in HR operating model design and transformation, ideally within a consulting environment, with a strong understanding of shared services and GBS.
  • Deep knowledge of how AI and automation is reshaping HR, including the ability to identify and prioritise use cases across the employee lifecycle.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading complex, multi‑stakeholder HR transformation programmes and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence c‑suite senior leaders and build trusted relationships across client organisations.
  • Curious, innovative and tech‑savvy, with a passion for reimagining HR through the lens of emerging technologies and creating inclusive, human‑centred experiences.
  • Optional: Required certifications, licenses or languages:
  • Currently working in consulting, and/or in Shared Services industry but having a consulting background.
  • Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
  • Experience of proposition building and delivery.
