Are you a detail-oriented HR Administrator with a passion for systems and processes? Elysium Healthcare is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an HR & Systems Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your HR career within a leading and growing healthcare provider, where you will play a key role in supporting our colleagues and enhancing our HR function.

The HR & Systems Administrator will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR systems and processes. This role will be responsible for managing HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and supporting the HRIS Manager & Head of HR in delivering a high-quality service to the support centre.

Responsibilities
  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation of HR systems and processes.
  • Manage HR administration and maintain HR systems.
  • Support the HRIS Manager and Head of HR in delivering a high-quality service to the support centre.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience
  • Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
  • Understanding of HR processes.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
Other Requirements
  • Valid UK driving licence
