A regional law enforcement agency in Leicester is seeking an HR Practitioner to provide expert operational advice and support in delivering key HR services. This role involves guiding managers on absence management and employment law, enhancing HR service delivery, and assisting with change management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in generalist HR roles, familiarity with HR management systems, and CIPD membership. This is a permanent position with a focus on creating a supportive work environment.
