A prominent UK museum organization is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage payroll and benefits while optimizing HR systems. You will deliver seamless, people-focused services and collaborate across departments for effective HR operations. Qualifications

  • Proven generalist HR experience at Advisor or Manager level.
  • A track record of improving systems and processes within an HR context.
  • Current working knowledge of iTrent HR and Payroll software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal payroll processes and oversee contracts with external providers.
  • Ensure smooth operation of digital HR systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support strategic people initiatives.
  • Develop and manage HR SLAs, fostering effective relationships.
  • Continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, collaborating on onboarding and system upgrades.
  • Maintain GDPR/DPA compliance and provide accurate HR data and reporting.
  • Manage a dedicated HR operations team focused on payroll, benefits, and systems support.
  • Collaborate to ensure HR information is accessible and continuously improving.

Overview

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role where you’ll manage payroll and benefits, optimise HR systems, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, people-focused services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage internal payroll processes and oversee contracts with external providers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Ensure smooth operation of our digital HR systems, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and streamline processes.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure operational processes support the delivery of strategic people initiatives.
  • Develop and manage HR SLAs, fostering effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, collaborating on projects like onboarding and system upgrades.
  • Maintain GDPR/DPA compliance and provide accurate HR data and reporting to internal and external bodies.
