Job summary

A wildlife conservation organization is seeking an HR Operations Team Leader to manage HR processes at their Exeter location. The selected candidate will be responsible for guiding managers, resolving employee relations issues, and enhancing HR administration. A strong commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion is essential, as well as experience in employee relations. This is a full-time, fixed term role for 12 months with a competitive salary and benefits.

  • Oversee day to day HR administration relating to employee lifecycle.

  • Refresh HR processes optimising digital solutions.
  • Provide HR management information.
  • Lead on staff wellbeing initiatives.

Skills

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
Employee relations
